New successful bond issue for SAGESS (February 2013)

Following a roadshow to meet investors in Finland, Germany and Paris, SAGESS has successfully launched a new 12-year bond issue on 27 February 2013. In spite of difficult market conditions linked to the Italian elections, the quality of the marketing and the preparation of this issue has allowed SAGESS to close the deal with books in excesss of € 1.3 bn.
This new issue pays a coupon of 2.625% i.e. OAT +23 bps.
